    Die Autorin untersucht die Frage in ihrem Gesamtzusammenhang, wobei sie ihre praktischen Erfahrungen einfliessen lässt. Sie befasst sich sowohl mit Informationssituationen während der gesamten Dauer des Arbeitsverhältnisses als auch mit dem Informationsinteresse auf Arbeitnehmer- und Arbeitgeberseite, welches im Zusammenhang mit dem Recht der Persönlichkeit steht. Neben dem Arbeitsvertragsrecht beeinflussen auch Datenschutz- und Gleichstellungsrecht das Thema.
