We discuss your needs, problems and aims of the workshop or the moderation to talk things out. Based on that we prepare a concept and offer the course.
Mediation is a standardized method to solve conflicts. The mediator makes sure that people in opposition understand each other and that central issues are recognized. All together are looking for solutions.
The moderator is not part of an issue to be discussed. As outsider she makes sure that everything that has to be discussed, will be discussed and all participants may speak. She leads by posing special questions.
